Overview
Personalized Palates is a personal chef and minimal catering business that will use fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensure the highest quality of food. My main goal for Personalized Palates is to open people up to having more personal private dinner parties and get togethers. It is not strictly a catering business nor is it strictly a personal chef business. I provide people with whatever type of experience they'd like; it's all about their own personal wants when it comes to food and the type of environment they want at a given event. To personalize the experience, I meet with my clients to collaborate and create a unique menu tailored to their palates.. I can abide by any dietary restrictions and allergies so there is not much of a limit as to any food you may want. This is all about having a special personalized experience cooked at your own house or location of choice.
